Sep 19, 2008 · As for the client, I've lost all my macros, etc when FFXI (the client) crashed on my PC. Basically, the client was writing out the macros to the hard drive, when it died and as such the macro were not properly saved. My solution is to manually save a copy of the FFXI data directory before I start to play (or after I finish).
